New @ Studio Berna: BeachComber a HOT SUMMER collection.

One of my favorite days… early in the morning I raise and prepare for a wonderful day at the beach. Yes, to get a little sun tan, but most of all to enjoy all the things I like to do: collecting sea shells, walk on the pier to see if there are little crabs crawling on the black stones, and to play a little soccer game with my kids and HB. We eat a seafood salad, drink a little something and dive into the cool and clear water.

I can see people that are kite surfing, board surfing, wind surfing. Sometimes I watch them snorkeling. I make photo’s of the lovely plants and flowers on the dunes and a formation of seagulls that fight for the best fish. And late at night, when we are all satisfied and fatigue, we listen to the sound of waves and see the changing tide. What a day!

Really great to use for all your funny Summer trips! When I was designing, I was especially thinking of an active day at the beach, swimming, or biking, making sand castles or playing soccer on the sand. And what to think about playing with kites, or canoeing or surfing?
