I totally forgot to tell you about my latest kit Blooming Desert here! This kit is made from the 3rd prize winning idea by Monica, who wanted me to make a kit in the style of the Southwest USA desert. That was lots of fun. Coming from a sea climate with enough rain and not extremely hot it would be difficult to design in that sphere if I had never been there. But I have been there! It has been decades ago, when my HB Harry (at that time just my boyfriend) went to a business school in Phoenix Arizona to get his masters degree. I had just finished my fashion academy and with working on a lot of jobs I was able to buy my own ticket and just before Christmas I was there. Now my aunt and uncle lived in the Monterey Bay area in California, so we crossed a lot of the desert when we visited them at Christmas.

So now you know why I picked this wonderful idea. Monica told me about the many colors, like mauve, sage, yellow, orange, in the desert and that many people didn’t know that. Well, I did! Think of Me

Brand new is this kit made from the wonderful and prize winning idea by CarolW. I called it Think of Me, because of the forget-me-nots inside. More inside: a lot of black floral brushes in .png as well as .abr for Photoshop. Also 11 12×12 papers on .jpg and 2 papers in .png to be used as overlays. 1 big cluster or border (12″ wide) with spams and note paper, 1 frame, a whole lot of wild flowers as stand-alones as well as made into borders or edges. Also one stitched heart and a stamp. Just for fun.

New: Ma’am’s Dolls

The way this collection was made was very different from what I do normally: this collection was designed after an idea from somebody else. You see, there was a little contest, about two months ago, and everybody that wanted could drop their suggestions about letting me design something they really want to scrap with. After all this was the winning idea byErika, AKA DoodleBop. A well know name as it comes to ScrapbookGraphics. Anyway, I thought she had to win, because I very much liked 2 of her ideas: one was about Bohemian stuff (she couldn’t know at that time I was making a collection together with Sonja Vanderhaegen from Welli Designs at that time) with pathwork and all – she even showed sample photo’s -, and the other idea she had was the most wonderful of all: she wanted me to do something with Madam Alexander dolls.At that particular time I didn’t have the faintest idea WHAT a Madam Alexander doll was, but now I’m pretty sure I know. So these wonderful collectioneurs dolls that Erika suggested, are no toys to play with by little girls. It’s too tiny and too fragile, and, even more important, I guess too expensive. Anyway, then I thought about all the paper dolls I loved to play with as a child… and the idea was born…

So here is all of it. If you want the economy pack, please buy in June or July for maximum offer: just $19.95 for everything. The dolls are with folds (for printable projects and real play stuff) and also as digibabes in the same economy pack. Once Upon a Time – Creative Fusion @ ScrapbookGraphics

Once Upon a Time… there was this great idea of making all kind of designs, with all kind of designers and using all the same theme… So we all made a wonderful mood board and we loved to do so. And after that we thought about what was best to do at this time of the year. And we thought that that was this theme, because it’s so different and unique. We loved to make our own special stuff for this theme and so the theme was born:

‘Once Upon a Time…’

So the Scrapbook designers got together and thought about some ideas and possibilities.

Alphabets in every color

Well maybe this is your solution: a good, very readable font made into a lovely set of grungy letters, numbers, and signs, good for almost every event!The alphabets cost $3.50 each and contain a lower and upper case alphabet, special signs, numbers, and foreign (European) letters.
